How does it work?

Sequence 02-3.gif

It involves the administration of 100 percent oxygen at up to 3 atmospheric pressure to a patient placed inside the chamber. At this pressure, oxygen gets dissolved in plasma in high amounts and saturates the haemoglobin. Thus, this dissolved plasma oxygen is carried to different tissues.

HBOT, or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, is a treatment that uses pure oxygen to heal wounds faster. We house India’s biggest multi-chamber HBOT apparatus, which helps us cater to a large group of patients at the same time.

The Effect of HBOT on the human body

Group 54 (1).png

Boosted Oxygen Levels

It increases oxygen levels in both plasma and tissues by more than 100 times the normal amount.

Enhanced Tissue Vitality

This surplus oxygen helps tissues regain their health and vitality

Bacterial Defence

Neutrophils, our white blood cells, regain their ability to effectively fight bacteria.

Bacteria Suppression

The high oxygen levels also suppress the growth of harmful bacteria like streptococcus.

Enhanced Effectiveness of Antibiotics

The increased oxygen enables antibiotics to pass through bacterial cell walls more efficiently.
